SaaS revenue analytics and MRR tracking

A flat MRR line can hide new customers, expansion and churn happening at the same time. SaaS Pro Max brings billing data into your application's analytics context, so you can investigate the movements and the customers behind a total.

Understand the movement behind MRR

Review monthly and annual recurring revenue, active subscriptions and churn alongside new, expansion and contraction movements. Open the underlying subscriptions, customers and payments when you need an explanation for a change. Amounts retain their currency and are normalized from the billing provider's records.

Connect providers without changing billing

Connect supported billing services such as Stripe, Polar and RevenueCat. Signature-verified webhooks and background synchronization update the reporting data. The revenue module is read-only toward billing providers: investigating a subscription in the console does not cancel it, charge a customer or issue a refund.

Follow acquisition into the customer journey

Connect billing customers to identified people so product activity and revenue can be investigated together. Use the relevant acquisition and ad integrations to review attributed outcomes and spend. Coverage matters: unmatched identities, incomplete spend and different currencies remain qualifications on the report rather than disappearing into a confident ratio.

Put it to work.

Start with one application and verify the data you send.

  1. Choose a supported billing connector and configure its credentials and webhook in the console.
  2. Verify synchronization and customer identity mapping against known provider records.
  3. Review revenue movements, then open a customer or subscription to investigate the source of a change.

Revenue reports depend on provider coverage, synchronization and identity matching. Currencies are not interchangeable, and analytics attribution is not a substitute for accounting reconciliation or a provider's settlement statement.

Module availability and retention vary by plan. Compare plans and limits.
