What is SaaS Pro Max?
SaaS Pro Max is a hosted product analytics and observability platform. It connects events, session replay, errors, traces, uptime, feature flags and revenue through shared application, environment and person identifiers. Teams can use the console, Management API or MCP server to investigate what changed.

Web analytics describes visits: pages, referrers, campaigns and devices. Product analytics follows actions inside an application: signup, activation, feature use and return visits. SaaS Pro Max supports both. Send pageviews for traffic reports and named events for funnels and retention; identify a user when your application knows who they are.

Create a workspace and application, select an environment, then install a script tag or the SDK for your framework. Use a public ingest key in the browser, keep secret keys on the server, and verify a test event in the live event feed. The free plan includes 10,000 events a month and requires no payment method.

No. The service at saaspro.dev hosts the console, ingestion endpoints and storage. You connect your application with an SDK, script tag or supported integration. You still control the events you send, your consent flow, allowed origins, retention settings and team permissions.
Choose an SDKCan I use SaaS Pro Max from Claude, Cursor or another MCP client?
Yes. Connect the @saaspro/mcp server with a personal or organization Management token and your SaaS Pro Max host. Tools can read supported analytics, errors, flags and other modules within the token's scopes and the member's permissions. Write-capable MCP tools can change state; use read scope for analysis-only access. Pilot in the console asks for approval before writes.

The standard analytics overview sums daily unique visitors across the selected range. Someone who visits on two days contributes two to that total. Active-user reports calculate distinct users across their rolling window. Cookieless visitor estimates use a separate daily identity model. Compare reports with the same definition, environment, timezone and dates.

Supported reports can be exported as CSV, and the Management API exposes permission-checked reads for supported modules. Warehouse exports can deliver batches to a configured S3 destination. Available history follows retention and plan limits; API scopes and personal-data permissions still apply to exports.
